I can´t understand Tyler´s behavior, because he hurts Hannah´s feelings. 
Tyler, why did you do something to Hannah. She felt ashamed about your actions. After that she no loger felt safe in her own house. Why do you stalked her and took pictures of her while she was changing her outfit. Now she commit suicide and you are one of thirteen reasons why. It is too late to apologize and you should feel guilty.

    I'm your oppinion that Hannah now doesn't feel safe in her own house and that he hurts Hannah's feelings.
